May 2026 - New event list view and default units
This release introduces several improvements to event management in TRMS, along with updates to timezone handling and event setup defaults.

New event list view
A new table-based list view for events has been introduced to make event management easier and improve navigation across active and past events.
The list view can be accessed from the toggle next to the Create event button, where it is possible to switch between:
- Calendar view
- List view
The selected view will be remembered when using the same browser and device, making it easier to continue working in the preferred layout.
The new list view includes:
- Search by event name
- Sorting by:
- Event name
- Start date
- End date
- Status
- Improved navigation for older events
To change the sorting order, click the column headers in the table.

Default unit setting

Operators can now configure a default distance unit for events.
The selected default unit will automatically be used during creation of new events and leaderboards, helping streamline setup and improve consistency across newly created content.
To configure the default unit:
- Open Settings from the left menu
- Go to Range settings
- Scroll down to Display settings
- Select the preferred default unit from the dropdown
The selected unit affects game modes where distance determines the result.
For example:
- When selecting Meters; scores in Long Drive will be shown in meters and scores in Closest to Pin will be shown in meters.
- When selecting Yards; scores in Long Drive will be shown in yards and scores in Closest to Pin will be shown in yards.
- When selecting Yards, feet, inches; scores in Long Drive will be shown in yards and scores in Closest to Pin will be shown in feet and inches.
These settings only apply when creating new events or leaderboards. Existing events and leaderboards will keep their previously selected unit settings and will not be updated automatically by this change.
For more information about leaderboards, see:
Improved timezone handling
Timezone handling in TRMS has been updated to better align with the timezone configured for the range.
Event times in TRMS will now consistently display and behave based on the range’s local timezone, regardless of where access to TRMS is made from. This creates a more consistent experience when creating, editing, and managing events across different locations and timezones.
