Create a profile in TRMS
To access TRMS, you need a profile linked to your email. This profile is what allows you to log in and manage your range.
Before you start
- For a new installation, you must provide Toptracer with the email address that should have admin rights in TRMS. Once this email is added, use it to create your account.
- For an existing range, a Range Administrator must add your email under User Management in TRMS before you can access the system. See the [How to add users article] for details.
- If you’ve logged into any other Toptracer product (such as the Toptracer Range app or Toptracer Coach), you already have a Toptracer account. Use the same account to log into TRMS — one login works across all Toptracer products.
How to log in

- Go to the TRMS login page (trms.toptracer.com)

-
Select your region (Americas, EMEA, or APAC).
Click Log in.

-
Enter the email address that was added to TRMS, then click Continue.
What happens next depends on whether a Toptracer account exists or not.
If you do not yet have a Toptracer account
After entering your email address in step 3, if an account doesn’t exist with that email address, you’ll come to a page titled Sign up. Here you have different options to move forward:

Option 1:
Create a new Toptracer account by adding a password, first name, and last name.
You may be asked to verify your email address in the next step before accessing TRMS.

Option 2:
If you have Google or Apple account with the same email address, you can use it to authenticate yourself. Then no password is needed.
Lastly, you’ll have to accept Toptracer’s Privacy Policy by clicking Proceed when prompted.
If you already have a Toptracer account
If the email address you entered is already associated with a Toptracer account, you will be guided through the login method you have used in the past.

Scenario A:
If you previously signed in using a password, you will be prompted to enter your password. If you’ve forgotten it, you can simply click Forgot password and follow the steps to reset it.

Scenario B:
If you previously used a third-party provider such as Google or Apple, you will be guided through that provider’s authentication flow instead.
Legacy Google Login
Previously, users were instructed to create a Google account in order to access TRMS. That is not the case anymore. If you're one of those users, check out this article to set yourself up with the new login process: [Changes to Google sign in for existing users]
