Editing and reordering content in displays

Displays in TRMS are separate monitors or TVs that you can configure to show content such as leaderboards, events, or images. They are not the bay screens used by players.

Once you’ve added content to your displays (see [Adding content to displays]), you can update, remove, or change the order in which it appears.

Edit content

	Step 1: Go to Displays.
	Step 2: Click on the Content tab at the top of the page.
	Step 3: On the content card, click More details.
	Step 4: Click Edit in the bottom right corner.
	Step 5: Depending what type of content ( leaderboard, event, or image), you'll go through a series of steps where you can make edits.
	Step 6: When you've finished editing, click Save in the last Review step.

Delete content

	Step 1: Go to Displays.
	Step 2: Click on the Content tab at the top of the page.
	Step 3: On the content card, click More details.
	Step 4: Click Delete at the bottom right.
	Step 5: Confirm in the dialog.
	Done! The content is deleted and automatically removed from all displays it was showing on.

Stop showing content on a specific display

	Step 1: Go to Displays.
	Step 2: Click on the Content tab at the top of the page.
	Step 3: On the content card, either click the "X" next to the display name or click the dropdown and uncheck the display.
	Done! The content will no longer show up on that display.

Reorder content on a display

	Step 1: Go to Displays.
	Step 2: In the Overview tab, find the display you want to edit and click Edit.
	Step 3: You’ll see a list of all assigned content. Use the up and down arrows to the right of each item to reorder them.
	Step 4: Click Save to confirm.
