Adding displays in TRMS

Displays in TRMS are separate monitors or TVs that you can configure to show content such as leaderboards, events, or images. They are not the bay screens used by players.

The Displays feature in TRMS lets you connect and configure the TVs or monitors on your range. A display can be anything that runs a web browser — such as a computer monitor, Smart TV, or a standing display screen. Once a display is added, you can assign content to it (see the [Adding content to displays article]).

How to add a display

Step 1:

Go to the Displays page in TRMS.

Step 2:

Click Add display in the top right corner.

Step 3:

On the device you want to add, open the following URL:

trms.toptracer.com/leaderboard

Step 4:

The display will show a code that's unique for that device.

Step 5:

Enter this code back in TRMS.

Step 6:

Name your display.

Step 7:

Click Add display.

Done!

Now that the display is added, you can assign content to it (see the [Adding content to displays article]).

Display compatibility

For the best experience, connect a computer to your displays. If that’s not possible, supported browsers include:

  • Google Chrome version 49 or later
  • Mozilla Firefox version 55 or later

Newer displays

If you’re using a device that is regularly updated (such as a computer casting content or a newer Smart TV), use this URL:

trms.toptracer.com/leaderboard

You don’t need to update links for displays you’ve already added — they’ll automatically redirect.

Legacy displays

Update January 2026: The legacy display feature has now been removed.

If your TV cannot handle the new design (for example, if content looks broken or doesn’t display), you can use the legacy leaderboard link instead:

trms.toptracer.com/legacy-leaderboard

Be aware:

  • Images may not scale correctly on legacy displays and can stretch outside the screen.
  • For this reason, images are not recommended with the legacy design.
