Keep up with the latest version of TRMS
A new version of TRMS was released in November 2025 to address the most common caching issues. Most users have already transitioned to the updated version, but some browsers may still store older cached files where the fix is not available.
Clearing your cache ensures that your browser loads the latest version and prevents these older files from causing issues.
Browsers store cached files to make websites load faster, but this can sometimes cause older versions of a page or application to remain in use. When that happens, you may not see the latest updates, or the site may not behave as expected.
A hard refresh is often enough to load the newest files, but clearing your cache is the most reliable way to make sure you are viewing the most up-to-date version of TRMS. Keep in mind that clearing your cache might log you out of websites or require you to reaccept cookie settings.
Below are a few ways to clear your cache, depending on your browser. If you don’t see your browser or device listed, the solution is likely just a quick search away.
Option 1: Try a hard refresh
A hard refresh forces your browser to reload the newest files instead of using the old ones saved on your computer.
- On Mac: Hold down Shift + Command + R
- On Windows: Hold down Ctrl + F5
If TRMS still doesn’t look quite right, try clearing your browser cache instead.
Option 2: Clear your browser cache
Be aware that if you clear all cached data, it may log you out of TRMS and other websites or require you to reconfirm your cookie choices.
In Google Chrome
- Click the slider icon to the left of the TRMS URL in the browser.
- Choose Cookies and site data → Manage on-device site data.
- Click the trash can next to the URLs that ends with "toptracer.com" to remove only that data.
Or, if you prefer to clear everything:
- Click the three dots in the top right corner.
- Click Delete Browsing Data...
- Click on tab called Advanced.
- Click Delete data.
In Safari (on Mac)
- Open the Safari app on your computer.
- Click Safari in the menu bar, then select Settings.
- Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
- In the search field, type Toptracer.com.
- Select the result and click Remove, then Done.
In Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the top right corner and choose Settings.
- Click Delete browsing data.
- Select Time range All time.
- Tick Cached images and files and click Clear now.
After clearing your cache, reload TRMS and you should be running the latest and greatest version.
