Nov 2025 - New event creation and clearing cache

A faster, smoother way to create events

Instead of clicking through multiple steps, you’ll now see all event settings gathered on one page. This should make the setup process much quicker and more intuitive.

During this first release, users in the EMEA region will see two buttons on the Events page:

  • Create event (New) – takes you to the new, streamlined form
  • Create event (Classic) – takes you to the existing step-by-step version

We’ll gather feedback from EMEA before rolling the new version out globally. Once that happens, all regions will use the new single-page form.

Make sure you’re seeing the latest version

We’ve resolved some recent caching issues, but we’ve noticed that a few users are still running older versions of TRMS stored in their browsers. Caching simply means your browser saves parts of a website to make it load faster. Most of the time it’s helpful, but it can sometimes keep old files instead of the newest ones.

The result is that users running the older version won’t get the fix unless they do a hard refresh or clear their cache. A hard refresh is often enough, but clearing the cache is the most effective way to make sure you get the latest version. Keep in mind that clearing your cache might log you out of websites or require you to reaccept cookie settings.

Below are a few ways to refresh TRMS and get the latest updates. If you don’t see your browser or device listed, the solution is likely just a Google search away.

Option 1: Try a hard refresh

A hard refresh forces your browser to reload the newest files instead of using the old ones saved on your computer.

  • On Mac: Hold down Shift + Command + R
  • On Windows: Hold down Ctrl + F5

If TRMS still doesn’t look quite right, try clearing your browser cache instead.

Option 2: Clear your browser cache

Be aware that if you clear all cached data, it may log you out of TRMS and other websites or require you to reconfirm your cookie choices.

In Google Chrome

  1. Click the slider icon to the left of the TRMS URL in the browser.
  2. Choose Cookies and site data → Manage on-device site data.
  3. Click the trash can next to the URLs that ends with "toptracer.com" to remove only that data.

Or, if you prefer to clear everything:

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
  2. Click Delete Browsing Data...
  3. Click on tab called Advanced.
  4. Click Delete data.

In Safari (on Mac)

  1. Open the Safari app on your computer.
  2. Click Safari in the menu bar, then select Settings.
  3. Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
  4. In the search field, type Toptracer.com.
  5. Select the result and click Remove, then Done.

In Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner and choose Settings.
  2. Click Delete browsing data.
  3. Select Time range All time.
  4. Tick Cached images and files and click Clear now.

After clearing your cache, reload TRMS and you should be running the latest and greatest version.
