Activity Log

The Activity log gives you an overview of player activity based on assignments created in Locked bays mode. It helps you review how bays have been used and provides a record of historical data for your range.

What the Activity log shows

  • Data from assignments in Locked bays mode.

    Includes details such as:

    • Bay number
    • Party name
    • Time requested
    • Number of shots traced
    • Notes
  • Does not include session data. If your range is running in Unlocked bays mode, the Activity log will not be available to you.

How long data is available

  • In TRMS, the Activity log shows assignments from the last 30 days.
  • All assignments ever made are saved, but to view older data you need to export the activity log.

Exporting the Activity log

  1. In the Activity log, click Export activity log in the top right corner.
  2. CSV file will download to your computer.
  3. Open the file in your preferred spreadsheet program.

Tip: Most spreadsheet software works with CSV files. If you’re using newer versions of Microsoft Excel, you may get a better experience by first converting the file from .csv to .xlsx.

Filtering data

  • The view is a fixed 30-day window; the date range cannot be changed in TRMS.
  • You can filter/search within those 30 days (e.g., by bay or text fields, depending on your setup) to narrow results.
  • To analyze other time periods or the full history, export and filter in your spreadsheet.
