What happens if I end an assignment from TRMS?

If you end an assignment while a player is using a bay screen, the ongoing game will end and the screen will return to its default state.

Can I reserve a bay for future use?

No. TRMS does not currently support reserving bays or creating future assignments.

What is a no activity bay?

A no activity bay is one where a session is running, but no shots have been detected for the length of time set in No activity timeout under Range settings.

What do the bay colours mean?

Colours on the bay cards show status. For example:

• Green – Available
• Blue – Active session

Why is there a yellow screen with a question mark on a bay?

This indicates a connection issue between the bay screen and TRMS. Often this is temporary (e.g. the screen is restarting or updating).

If the issue persists:

1. Check that the bay screen is powered on and connected to the internet.
2. If the problem continues, contact Toptracer Support.
