April 2026 - New way to contact support

We have introduced a new and improved way for range operators to contact Toptracer support. This update is designed to help you get faster, more accurate assistance by guiding you through a structured request process.

  • Go to TRMS
  • Click on Support in the left menu
  • Click the Submit request button

This will open a dynamic contact form tailored to your issue.

While it is still possible to contact support via email or phone, this new form is now the fastest and most effective way to get help.


A smarter, guided form experience

The new form adapts based on what you need help with. You will be asked to:

  • Fill in required fields
  • Answer follow up questions relevant to your issue
  • Provide as much detail as possible

The more complete your submission, the faster support can understand the issue and take action.

In many cases, the form will also:

  • Provide helpful illustrations or links
  • Guide you through basic troubleshooting steps

These steps help confirm what has already been checked, which often reduces back and forth and speeds up resolution.
