Bay booking with Sweetspot

Toptracer integrates with Sweetspot to offer a flexible bay booking experience at your range.

Sweetspot not only enables advance bookings and self service for players, but also gives range operators better control and insight into their business. With built in analytics, you can understand player behavior, track usage, and optimize pricing through dynamic pricing based on demand throughout the day.

With this setup, players can reserve a bay in advance, collect balls, and go directly to their assigned bay. It reduces queues, improves flow on the range, and gives players more control over their visit.

How it works

When Sweetspot is enabled:

  • Players can book a bay in advance using the Sweetspot app
  • Each booking includes a specific bay and time slot
  • The bay screen unlocks automatically when the player arrives
  • Balls are collected through seamless integration with Range Servant dispensers.

Players can still choose a more traditional experience by booking through reception if needed.

Booking modes

Sweetspot supports different setups depending on how your range operates:

  • Locked mode

    Players need a booking to access and unlock a bay

  • Unlocked mode

    Bays are available for walk up play, supporting a drop in experience

    Players can still book in advance to secure a bay and take priority if needed

What this means for Toptracer Range Management System

Bay booking is fully managed in the Sweetspot Club Portal.

In Toptracer Range Management System:

  • A banner on the Bays page indicates that bay booking is enabled
  • You are directed to Sweetspot to manage bookings
  • Player activity is visible only when a bay is in use or balls are hit

Staff do not assign bays from Toptracer when this integration is active.
