April 2026 - Event Details is now on its own page

We’ve updated the Event details view to better align with the Create and Edit event experience. Events now open on a dedicated page instead of in a modal, making them easier to manage and revisit.

What’s improved

• Dedicated event page

  Open events on their own page instead of in a modal. Access them the same way as before from the calendar.

• Everything in one place

  View registered participants, publish or unpublish events, download marketing posters, and manage event details from a single page.

• Easier to revisit events

  Each event now has its own URL, so you can bookmark it or return to it directly without going through the calendar.

• Shareable registration link

  Once an event is published, you can find a shareable registration link under the Marketing tab.

  • Players with the app installed will be taken directly to the event to register
  • Players without the app will be guided to download it
  • The link can also be used to generate a QR code for on-site promotion

These updates make it easier to manage events and promote them to your players.
